This position performs and/or oversees a variety of associated logistics, fiscal, staff support and planning activities which requires specialized knowledge such as educational design, conference planning, budget administration, and record keeping. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: * Conducts and compiles prospect research and needs assessment data for continuing education activities. * Strategically develops and maintains working relationships with internal and external individuals, clients and organizations/departments to enhance and improve continuing education activities to the community's served by UNTHSC. * Manages educational activities to ensure programs are on task and milestones are met. Ensure all documentation is clear; ensures accreditation requirements are followed accordingly and representative documentation is correct. * Responsible for project/program level budget. Provides action plan if budget is not met. * Be an active team member of INCEDO, providing administrative support, including phone back-up, filling, mail out preparation and other duties as needed.
