The Clinical Practice Group Call Center Department at the University of North Texas Health Science Center is seeking to hire a Call Center Agent to join our team. The Call Center Agent will answer questions regarding providers and services, follow the established protocols to schedule appointments and/or transfer calls to the appropriate clinical personnel. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: * Answer inbound and outbound calls for the Patient Care Center. * Create associated tasks and deliver to appropriate individuals. * Provide excellent customer service and professional telephone etiquette. * Answer line and all other calls that have been routed to the Call Center. * Answer calls for all providers for UNT Health. * Answer questions regarding providers and services. Follow established protocols to schedule appointments and transfer calls the appropriate clinic personnel. * Complete registration of demographics and insurance information via phone in accurate and efficient manner. * Performs other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the department.
