The Department of Physical Therapy at the University of North Texas Health Science Center (UNTHSC) is seeking faculty at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank for a 12-month appointment, beginning in the fall. Rank and salary will be commensurate with credentials, qualifications and experience. Ideal candidates will have clinical and teaching expertise in pediatrics, neurology,cardiopulmonary, differential diagnosis, motor control, research, exercise and modalities, psychosocial aspects of healthcare, and/or evidence-based practice. Primary responsibilities will include teaching, advising, research/scholarship activities, and service in the entry-level Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program. Collaboration with academic faculty within the university, school, program to foster interprofessional education and practice is required.
