The Center for Human Identification Department at the University of North Texas Health Science Center is seeking to hire a Administrative Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: * Respond to daily requests from UNTCHI Evidence Custodians and coordinate with Regional Program Specialists (RPSs) to facilitate the entry of cases into NamUs. * Respond to incoming telephone calls and messages on the toll-free national NamUs hotline, entering new case reports into NamUs as necessary. * Coordinate travel for NamUs staff, assist with the coordination of meetings and training seminars, maintain a program calendar for remote and on-site NamUs staff, and assist with the submission and reimbursement of expense reports related to NamUs staff travel. * Participate in data cross-reference projects and data entry projects, to include updating DNA information in NamUs and creating new NamUs missing person entries. * Assisting with the development of NamUs outreach materials, and shipment of materials for NamUs training/outreach events, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
