The purpose of this position is to coordinate ODA test administration for students who receive approved test accommodations. The employee in this position will schedule and supervise Test Center staff and exam rooms; supervise the handling of examinations; and insure security of exam materials and administration. The Coordinator will keep confidential detailed records of requests; exam administrations; instances of test irregularities; violations of integrity; and return of exams. The Coordinator will furnish reports to the Director as requested. The Coordinator will assure students have appropriate exam accommodations, including but not limited to readers, scribes, and assistive technology. The Coordinator will be responsible for trouble-shooting issues as they arise in the Testing Center, and will work one-on-one with students with disabilities and faculty regarding exam scheduling and administration process.
