The College at Frisco Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Sr Program Project Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: * To administer prospective and current programs/projects at the UNT regional campuses, namely New College/Frisco. * Programs/projects related to Academic Affairs, Enrollment functions and community outreach. * Support New College administration responsible for assessment, implementation and management development. * Supervision of a team on an ongoing or project basis. * Oversees and provides leadership in all aspects of the project/program including:planning, development, implementation, promotion/dissemination and logistical support of program/project activities. * Cultivates and maintains relationships with appropriate stakeholders. Acts as point of contact for stakeholders related to program/project and maintains high visibility, often at statewide level, on behalf of the department and/or University. * Financial planning and budget allocation, research/ grant/program development support. May include management of multiple accounts requiring fiscal reporting responsibility. * Develops and implements program/project processes to meet program objectives by ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations, providing accurate and timely reporting as well as comprehensive and integrated service delivery for participants through collaborations with relevant stakeholders and evaluating outcomes. * Managers staff to include hiring, training and evaluating as well as providing guidance for professional development and community involvement. * Handles applied research activities, supervision of program operations, reporting,grant writing and the development and implementation of strategic business plans, data collection and reporting consistent with applicable grant/program/university requirements.
