The Learning Technologies Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Sr Administrative Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: * Processes and interact with new and prospective student on admissions for the graduate programs in the department, based on COI admissions parameters. * Responsible for non-routine correspondence, data compilation and analysis, preparation of reports, forms, meeting notes/minutes. * Coordinating online submission of grades by instructors, and assisting with grade change paperwork. * Textbook coordination with faculty and bookstore, ordering desk copies for instructors. * Back-up for the Office Support Specialist. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and three years of highly responsible and varied office administration or business management experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
