The Budget & Analytics Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire an Administrative Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: * Facilitating purchasing, travel, human resources, and property control functions. * Answers basic budget related questions from the campus community. * Assists in monitoring the Budget Office customer service email. * Provides back-up support to the Executive Assistant for the Chief Financial Officer. * Analyzes and makes recommendations on office operation needs to include equipment, workflow, staffing, and materials. * Provides direct support for the Associate Vice President, including correspondence, data compilation, preparation of reports, scheduling meetings, and related responsibilities. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and three years of highly responsible and varied office administration or business management experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
