The Business-Dean's Office at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Sr Administrative Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: * Responsible for the management of administrative operations for PLP * Responsible for oversight of budget (including reporting and forecasting), purchasing, travel, human resources, and property control functions. * Analyzes and makes recommendations on existing processes and is responsible for implementing approved changes. Responsible for developing new administrative processes. * Responsible for non-routine correspondence, data compilation and analysis, preparation of reports, forms, meeting notes. * May also provide direct support for an administrator including: calendar maintenance, correspondence and related responsibilities. * Assist in student training and development, curriculum design, and any additional student management needs. * Coordination of PLP board, mentor, and all corporate communications sent on behalf of the office. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and three years of highly responsible and varied office administration or business management experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
