The Space Management and Planning (OSMP) Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Sr Administrative Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: * Provide overall administrative support to the Director of Space Management and Planning. * Provide support to OSMP staff, serves as executive secretary to the Space Planning and Management Committee (SPMC) and the Research Space Adjudication Subcommittee (RSAS), the Department's budget officer, website manager, and coordinator for travel, special events, and records retention. * Assigned special projects and tasks that are varied and complex and require exceptional organizational and priority setting skills. * Handles sensitive and confidential administrative work, and requires extreme professionalism, sensitivity, and tactfulness. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and five years of highly responsible and varied office administration or business management experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
