The Educational Psychology Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Sponsored Project Associate Director to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: * Direct the strategic and operational activities and supervise program staff consisting of a project coordinator, administrative coordinator, and student worker. * Director will work with the faculty Principal Investigator to integrate HIPPY into the research and teaching missions of the department, and for approval of grant and funding decisions. * Specifically and in that context, the director develops and allocates budgets. * Oversees program implementation. * Develops and oversees grant writing and sustainability activities. * Makes statewide model, program, and financial decisions. * Determines operational focus of the program model; and informs evaluation goals and direction.
