This position is responsible for management of a broad range of dining service functions (i.e. dining halls, retail, catering, culinary). This position ensures overall food quality, customer service and retention goals are met. This position is usually the senior manager at a large complex food operation. This position could be a chef, a general manager or a senior catering manager. Responsible for all outcomes of assigned area and alignment with strategic objectives. Continually tries new ways of doing things to improve profitability, productivity, relationships and work structure breakdown.
