Provides onsite supervision of custodial crews as assigned; maintains an attractive, sanitary and safe facility for students, staff and public. Communicates information in response to inquiries; insures rooms are clean and ready for meetings, classroom activities and events; maintains facilities to minimize facility deterioration and damage. Oversees the work activities of assigned site custodial personnel for the purpose of ensuring activities are completed within assigned time frames and in compliance with campus standards. Works under moderate supervision that relies on initiative and good judgement to be an effective leader.
