The Toulouse Greduate School Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire an Office Support Associate to join our team. This position will be the first point of contact with the university community, students, and outside agencies. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: * Reception; information dissemination (core services; telephone management; mail; prospective student inquiries via the web or email; and graduation), and other miscellaneous record keeping. The position will require a high display of courtesy to students, staff and faculty members. The incumbent will be expected to perform special projects and other duties as assigned. * This posting is an hourly position and is non-benefits eligible.
