The Office Support Assistant Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire an Office Support Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: * Performs a variety of academic support tasks that are routine and tend to be repetitive in nature. * Will be responsible for assisting instructors with the creation, copying, and distribution of all types of course-related materials - including syllabi, exams, evaluation materials, etc. * Responsible for the administration of all make-up tests - following departmental procedures and instructors' requests. * Will be called upon to assist the other Political Science staff members with office support duties on an as-needed basis. This includes assistance with web page maintenance and social media outreach. The successful candidate will possess a High school diploma and one year of moderately responsible and varied office administration or business management experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
