Performs highly advanced (senior-level) and/or supervisory computer systems support work. Work involves providing customer support for agency information systems. Assigns and supervises the work of others. Works under minimal supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Knowledge of principles of computing and communications networks, and characteristics of computing hardware and software used in distributed environment is required.
