The Grants & Contracts Admin Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Director, Grants & Contracts Admin to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: * Providing leadership and management to the Pre Award team. * Conducting short- and long-range strategic planning sufficient to align the Pre-Award staff to successfully manage a dynamic workload, meet changing stakeholder and customer demands and expectations. * Directing and establishing priorities for day-to-day operations. * Conducting business in an open and transparent manner with the goal of achieving OGCA's mission, vision, and values. * Work as a team member with other leaders and managers within the Office of Research. * Overseeing accurate data entry of proposal information into electronic research administration software and development of new functionality; ensuring pre-award content on research website is current and accurate. * Acts as UNT's official Pre-Award and non-financial Post-Award liaison to external agencies. * Performs additional duties as assigned.
