University of North Texas - Asst Professor

Teaching: Recruit, teach and retain an outstanding group of undergraduate and graduate oboe students. Supervise graduate degree requirements, including supervision of dissertation documents. Research/creative activities: Develop and maintain a national profile as a performer (solo, chamber and/or orchestral) and pedagogue; advance new repertoire for the oboe through commissioning activities, recordings, and/or premiere performances. Service: Participate fully in academic and professional activities, including service both on and off campus. Other duties as assigned may include, but are not limited to, coaching chamber music and teaching oboe literature classes.
