The Dining Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Assistant Director, Dining Services to join our team. The chief function of this job is to manage the Retail operation and to explore new and innovative ways to develop our reputation as a world class food service. This position will be assisting and managing daily operations. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: * Overseeing of daily operations, budget monitoring of revenue and expenses to insure accountability and accuracy and regulating a compliance system with regards to all university and dining services processes and procedures. * A key function of this position will be excellent communication skills as you will be required to effectively interpret the customers' needs with great detail to insure complete satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess the following required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in related field and four years of professional related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
