Enrollment Systems is seeking to hire an Application Support Analyst. The position provides analysis, administration, configuration, coordination, training, support, and testing services to support the CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) platform and other related applications. The position will work closely with a diverse group of constituents in technical and functional areas to support and implement campus initiatives. The right candidate is expected to maintain the highest level of security and confidentiality with campus data. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Daily administration and platform i.e. user access, sharing rules, profiles, roles, custom objects, record types, reports, page layouts, permissions sets, workflows, and validation rules * Work with diverse constituents and technical resources to design solutions for the CRM and related applications * Design, coordinate, and perform testing to support integrations, customizations, patches, and upgrades * Implement complex security models * Provide first line support for user tickets * Promulgate successful use of CRM and related applications through the development and presentation of formal training and documentation * Provide reporting services against the platform and serve as a resource to users The University of North Texas System and its component institutions are committed to equal opportunity and comply with all applicable federal and state laws regarding nondiscrimination and affirmative action. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in related field and three years of work experience in computing, information systems, or related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. The following knowledge, skills, and abilities are required: * Ability to design, code, test and install complex computer programs based on technical specifications using standard development tools. * Proficient understanding of relational database, client-server concepts, and computer programming, and understanding of all phases of the application development lifecycle. * Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel). * Certifications in supported technologies. * Excellent organization, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication (verbal and written) skills. * Ability to work well with people in all levels of the organization.
