The Division of Advancement at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire an Annual Giving Coordinator to join their team. Annual Giving at UNT is an integral part of the Development team. The Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating Annual Giving project timelines and processes to ensure that all facets of a project are completed from start to finish. They will also be assisting in implementing strategies targeted toward Student and Alumni philanthropy through multi-channeled efforts; including engagement events, direct mail and email. This position will also serve as added bandwidth on existing Annual Fund projects and will have other duties in relation to data, copy edits and campus relations. The position reports to the Director of Annual Giving. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: * Align and follow through on Parent, Student and Young Alumni strategies with overall Annual Giving strategic plan. * Coordinate with the Data Management team on data updates stemming from Annual Giving activity. * Coordinate with the Communications team to complete the production of assigned projects. * Completes other special projects as requested by the Director of the Annual Giving. * Other duties, as assigned. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and three years of highly responsible and varied office administration or business management experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
