**THIS IS A 30-HOUR/WEEK position.** The Mktng, Logistics, & Operations Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire an Administrative Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: * Organizing front office operations and procedures such as student processing, electronic filing, mail pick up. * Routing of outgoing ODA tests, faculty projects and outside events. * Prepares, revises, audits and submits class schedules, including instructor selection, room assignments, adjunct scheduling. * Coordinate processing, submission and update of textbooks, provides enrollment assistance to students during registration. * Responsible for assisting faculty coordinator for the EXCEL certification program for the COB students. The successful candidate will possess an Associate's degree and three years of moderately responsible and varied office administration or business management experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
