Sous Chef - Restaurant Manager – FOH Manager

Qualifications: 

  • At least 3 years’ experience managing high volume ($4 mil+) restaurants, hotels, catering company or country clubs
  • Must be high energy, have good communication skills and be able to multi-task
  • Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in scratch kitchens preferred
