The Sous Chef will be the second in command in our kitchen, following the Executive Chef’s specifications and guidelines. The Sous Chef will employ their culinary and managerial skills to help maintain and enhance the customer’s satisfaction.
The Dining Room Manager will deliver exceptional, memorable guest experiences by responding to guest needs, concerns, complaints and feedback with a sense of urgency, poise and good judgment. The Dining Room Manager supports the growth and development of staff members by setting clear performance expectations and daily direction, providing immediate performance feedback and continuous on-the-job training as necessary.
