The Restaurant Manager supports the upper level management during the day to day operations, and manages shifts to ensure that company requirements are met. The Restaurant Manager will assist with the hiring process by conducting interviews, hiring employees, developing training strategies, and supervising and monitoring all of the team members. The Restaurant Manager must have great customer service skills and the ability to problem solve.
