Restaurant General Manager
The IHOP Restaurant General Manager reports directly to the owner.. The manager directly supervises IHOP restaurant's employees. His or her primary responsibilities include managing operations in the front and back of the house with a high concentration on profitability and sales growth, while constantly maintaining IHOP's standards of quality and service.
Restaurant Assistant Manager
Assists the General Manager with the above-noted tasks. If you have 1-2 year supervisory experience in the restaurant industry, this is a great way to get your "foot in the door" of a growing company.
