Restaurant General Manager
Breakfast/Brunch Scratch Kitchen

Salary: $50-$65k

The Restaurant General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including sales, fiscal operations, accounting, recruitment, and maintenance of the building and equipment. Additionally, the Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for managing the revenue with the goal being to exceed budget and preserve cost-effectiveness and profitability in agreement with company policies. The Restaurant General Manager will be required to prepare monthly reports for the corporate office and should have the ability to follow corporate office financial procedures, including but not restricted to; handling cash, credit cards, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and all other financial transactions. Lastly, the Restaurant General Manager is responsible for hiring, mentoring and guiding the team to achieve success both personally and professionally.

Required:

  • 2+ years General Manager experience in full-service restaurants
  • Culinary background or kitchen management experience preferred
  • P&L experience required
  • Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills

Kitchen Manager

Full-Service, Scratch kitchen experience preferred

The Kitchen Manager monitors all the food that enters and leaves the kitchen, including prepping, cooking, plating and temperature. The Kitchen Manager trains the kitchen staff on how to properly cook and handle the food, they also schedule kitchen staff shifts, order food supplies and kitchen equipment, and inventory the food products. The Kitchen Manager must know the kitchen sanitation and safety regulations, have excellent organizational skills and conflict resolution skills. They must also be able to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment, and have the flexibility to work weekends.

Required:

  • 2+ years Kitchen Manager experience in full-service restaurants
  • Scratch Kitchen experience required
  • Customer service and FOH experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
