We are looking for experienced Restaurant General Managers, Assistant Restaurant Managers and Shift Managers to join our growing company.
As a Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager you will be involved in managing, motivating, training and coaching/supporting your employees. Ideal candidate needs to be a hands on natural leader who can live out our mission statement on "Creating an environment where people love to work and eat", while setting high standards for you and your team to be the best! Needs to be familiar with understanding P&L's, delivering great customer dining experience, controlling food & labor cost, and the day to day operations of a restaurant. Our Managers adhere to ensuring food safety standards are met daily, enforcing policy and procedures per brand standard along with company standards. You will be provided with the tools, training and a support team to help you be successful.
As a Taco Bell Restaurant Assistant Manager and Shift Manager you will ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service and quality products. Provide excellence in quality, service and cleanliness. Create and maintain a positive and cooperative atmosphere among employees and customers. Maintain knowledge and operation of all equipment.
