Hardee's is hiring a Crew Supervisor and an Assistant Manager in Corbin, KY!

The Crew Supervisor is responsible for performing specific tasks and duties, as assigned, within the restaurant.  The Crew Supervisor assists the management team with activities and duties.  Works Directly with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure all activities are consistent with and support the Company’s business plan as wells as ensures all Crew Members are performing their job responsibilities. 

Must be minimum of 18 years of age.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Ensure all Guest receive “Superstar Service”
  • Cleans and Stocks the station area(s)
  • Handles all food products according to the Company procedures
  • Contributes to the restaurant’s success by accomplishing the expected work during each shift.
  • Follows all Company guidelines for food and cash controls
  • Follows all cost control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs
  • Properly uses all products, supplies, equipment and facilities
  • Create a friendly atmosphere for employees and Guests.
  • Handle cash/ credit or debit cards against orders and tender change/ process cards
  • Assist food preparers in preparing and packing orders and ensure orders are correct
  • Prepare customer orders in a timely manner
  • Cook/ Prepare food as required by management and customer orders
  • Ensure restaurant/ building is clean and stocked (ex: dining area, kitchen, restrooms, grounds)
  • Ensure all orders are prepared in a timely manner (drive-thru, front register, back-line, etc.)
  • Effectively train Crew Members
  • Effectively plan, organize, and implement all operational routines and activities during your shift.
  • Role model and set a positive example for the entire team
  • Meet all requirement on training per Company directive

The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including selection, development and performance management of employees.  In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guest are satisfied with their dining experience.

Must be minimum of 18 years of age.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on Company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow. 
  • Train and Develop crew under the direction of the General Manager
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
  • Assist with team meetings as needed
  • Maintain an adequate supply of products and items necessary to operate the restaurant. 
  • Maintain reports and records based on Company standards
  • Maintain building and equipment
  • Responsible for cash. Ensure that cash procedures are adhered to.
  • Ensure personal appearance meets Company standards and displays professionalism at all times.
  • Ensure all HR, sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures are recognized and enforced to ensure a safe and compliant environment for all.
  • Evaluate each employee’s ability to maintain high levels of Guest Satisfaction
  • Continuously improve the sills, knowledge and morale of all employees.
  • Communicate team goals and expectations to all employees.
  • Analyze business performance.  Execute Company-Wide marketing programs. Initiate programs on time.  Correctly and with minimal direction.
  • Respond quickly to Guest concerns.
  • Serve as a role model and set a positive example for entire team
  • Conduct new hire orientations and required paperwork

  • Ability to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively.
