RESTAUARANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
We are looking for exceptional and accomplished entrepreneurial leaders with an “ownership mentality” that would like to operate and manage well established and profitable, fun-themed, three-meal-per-day restaurants located in Denver and Colorado Springs, Colorado. After an extensive training program, you will be then be eligible to assume the general management of “your restaurant” and be responsible for all of the operations of and share in the profits attributable to your efforts.
Knowledge, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Understand the culture, principles and practices of a food and beverage organization and how to get things done by developing and leading a performance based team focused on providing an outstanding guest experience. This includes the knowledge required for the superior management of people including infusing the team with excitement/energy, a results orientation, attention-to-detail, an outstanding guest service approach, and strong operations orientation including kitchen, prep, food safety, etc. In addition:
Experience, leadership and success in driving food and beverage operations, labor scheduling, inventory management, and restaurant profitability.
Teaching, coaching, leading, and excellent communication skills
Must have solid administrative abilities including attention-to-detail, organizational ability, computer skills (i.e. forecast, purchase orders, budget review, and invoice approval).
Ideal candidate has a background in high volume independent restaurant operations, excellent experience, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of developing strategies that drive scalable business.
Compensation: the ideal candidate will receive a guaranteed salary plus a share of the profits resulting from their efforts during training. Expected compensation during the first year should exceed $55,000.
