As the Regional Manager, you will be directly responsible for the execution of company standards and strategies related to property management operations, by directing the team members on the assigned region. You will implement company policies and procedures enabling each property to meet or exceed financial goals and operational objectives.

Responsibilities of the Regional Manager:

  • Improve the financial performance of properties by increasing revenue and controlling expenses.
  • Project and forecast property income and expenses.
  • Lead your team in creating customer service programs and activities to enhance the level of service at assigned properties.
  • Hire, train, and mentor Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers
  • Develop and implement marketing plans specific to the needs of each community.
  • Review and analyze market data to determine emerging trends that may impact property performance. Work with Property Managers to develop and implement action plans to drive occupancy and growth.
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of properties in assigned region.
  • Identify, research, and coordinate maintenance needs with vendors and contractors as needed, by negotiating contracts, monitoring progress and completion.
  • Work closely with Sr Vice President and other Senior Managers in establishing strategies for the region and company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Regional Manager role
  • CPM preferred.
  • Proficient in various computer software programs
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
