Restaurant General Manager

Salary: $70-$80k plus bonus

 

Restaurant Senior Manager

Salary: $58-$68k

 

Restaurant Manager

Salary: $53-$57k

 

Summary of Position (Restaurant General Manager)

The Restaurant General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including sales, fiscal operations, accounting, recruitment, and maintenance of the building and equipment. Additionally, the Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for managing the revenue with the goal being to exceed budget and preserve cost-effectiveness and profitability in agreement with company policies. The Restaurant General Manager will be required to prepare monthly reports for the corporate office and should have the ability to follow corporate office financial procedures, including but not restricted to; handling cash, credit cards, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and all other financial transactions. Lastly, the Restaurant General Manager is responsible for hiring, mentoring and guiding the team to achieve success both personally and professionally.

 

Summary of Position (Senior Manager)

The Senior Manager primarily (i.e., spends more than sixty percent of work time) works in concert with the General Manager, directing and managing all components of the restaurant’s business and customarily and regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment regarding the restaurant’s business and other matters of significance, including but not limited to: sales, people, profits, quality of operations, and culture, ordering and purchasing food, setting par levels based on business needs and is accountable for the restaurant’s performance. The Senior Manager also manages the training and development of all team members and ensures compliance with all CPK policies and food sanitation procedures providing epic food to our guests. He or she possesses a high level of integrity, displays a passion for the brand, and is committed to the restaurant’s success.

 

 

Summary of Position (Manager)

The Manager primarily (i.e., spends more than sixty percent of work time) directs and manages the restaurant’s operation and customarily and regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment regarding the restaurant’s business and other matters of significance. This includes but is not limited to hiring the employees, ordering and purchasing liquor, beer, wine, and purchasing food, setting par levels based on business needs, writing employee schedules, and is ultimately accountable for the restaurant’s financial, operational, hospitality, and sales-building performance. The Manager also manages the training and development of all team members and ensures compliance with all CPK policies and food sanitation procedures providing epic food to our guests. He or she possesses a high level of integrity, displays a passion for the brand, and is committed to the restaurant’s success.

 

 

Required (General Manager):

  • Candidates must have at least 2 plus years of General Management experience in full service in moderate to high volume restaurants
  • Front and back of house experience required
  • Demonstrate understanding of current procedures & business practices
  • Ensure continuous improvement in both customer and associate satisfaction at all times
  • Estimate food & beverage costs and purchases supplies
  • Good leadership

 

Required (Restaurant Senior Manager):

  • Candidates must have at least 2 years of Assistant General Manager and/or General Management experience, with Back of House as well as Front of House experience
  • Demonstrate understanding of current procedures & business practices
  • Ensure continuous improvement in both customer and associate satisfaction at all times
  • Estimate food & beverage costs and purchases supplies
  • Good leadership

 

Required (Restaurant Manager):

  • Candidates must have Heavy Front of House experience, strong Back of House experience highly preferred
  • Demonstrate understanding of current procedures & business practices
  • Ensure continuous improvement in both customer and associate satisfaction at all times
  • Estimate food & beverage costs and purchases supplies
  • Good leadership
