America's Incredible Pizza Company (AIPC) is a family entertainment concept that merges 1950's decor and family values with excellent food and family entertainment. We are seeking a Director of Entertainment for our Tulsa, OK location.
The Director of Entertainment at America’s Incredible Pizza Company has the critical responsibility to oversee the Entertainment Department and all attractions, rides, games, and redemption operations. This individual must practice the servant leader management style by treating all employees and fellow leaders with respect and support, ensuring a neat and safely run department.
The right candidate should possess the following characteristics:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management position
• Amusement or entertainment experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lead a team of 70+ employees with a focus on customer service through guest engagement
• Manage daily Entertainment operations for guest experience, staffing, ride safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Ability to understand and meet budgeted financial targets for labor and costs of products
• Experienced in managing inventory and merchandising
• Skilled at hiring and developing employees
• Continuous improvement through customer feedback and employee collaboration
• Enjoys working in a clean and well-organized work area
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and exciting work environment
• Very detail orientated and cares about the “small stuff”
• A self-starter that does not require constant supervision
• Excellent time management skills and a goal-oriented outlook
• Ability to use basic MS Office applications and web-based software
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance
