- At least 5 years’ experience in an Executive Chef position in a Full-Service Restaurant
- Experience managing a kitchen with seasonal volume
- Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
- High sales volume management experience ($4-5M)
- Stable, consistent work history
- Excellent team development skills
- Banquet /private dining experience
- Seafood experience highly preferred
- Experience opening a restaurant is a plus
