Culinary Manager – New Restaurant Concept – Bloomington, IL

New Concept – Casual Themed Restaurant!

 

First Location: Bloomington, IL

Second Location: Middleton, WI

**Building to 20 locations over the next 5-7 years**

 

Ancho & Agave features fresh, delicious Mexican food with a side of fun. We’re more that just tacos, amigos, and tequila…we’re champions of bringing together quality ingredients, refreshing beverages, and good times!

 

Our flagship location is opening soon and our search for a leadership team has begun!  To be considered for the Culinary Manager position a candidate must be determined, tenured, and truly focused on the guest experience.  The Culinary Manager, along with the General Manager, will work in close concert and be responsible for brand evolution and culture development, as well as driving the overall financial success of the concept. The flagship store will be the launching pad for a true growth concept with a second unit already slated to open in Fall 2019.

 

Minimum Requirements:           

  • Previous new restaurant opening experience in respective position
  • High volume (> $3 mil annually) restaurant experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience as Culinary Manager
  • Scratch kitchen experience
  • Must be able to relocate to location hired for
