Executive Chef Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of management experience in a full service, high volume restaurant.
• Background using inventory management, recipes, and labor control systems
• Strong communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to speak and understand Spanish a plus
• Able to work ten hour-plus shifts plus ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to carry up to 50lbs as needed
