Benefits EDI Coordinator (Benefits Electronic Data Interchange Coordinator)
The Benefits EDI Coordinator is responsible for setting up the insurance benefits for Paycom’s clients. The coordinator serves as a liaison between the client and the insurance providers through exemplary customer service and project management skills.

Benefits EDI Coordinator Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent | Bachelor’s preferred

HCM Product Setup Specialist (Human Capital Management Product Setup Specialist)
The HCM Product Setup Specialist is responsible for setting up the additional business products Paycom’s clients enroll in, including but not limited to, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Scheduling, etc.

HCM Product Setup Specialist Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent | Bachelor’s preferred

Paycom Specialist
The Paycom Specialist role is at the heart of our mission in empowering our customers to be power users of the Paycom system. You are the main point of contact for Paycom’s fast growing customer base. You constantly communicate with Paycom colleagues and customers to ensure best practices and use of Paycom’s extensive solutions. 

Paycom Specialist Requirements:  High School Diploma or equivalent | Bachelor’s preferred

Tax Credit Specialist
The Tax Credit Specialist is responsible for finding tax reductions for Paycom’s clients by reviewing submitted documents, keeping up-to-date employee records, and preparing tax forms for filing.

Tax Credit Specialist Requirements:  High School Diploma or equivalent | Bachelor’s preferred

Tax Credit Administrative Assistant
The Tax Credit Admin would assist the Tax Credit Team in finding tax breaks for Paycom’s clients through excellent organization and strong data entry and computer skills.

Tax Credit Administrative Assistant  Requirements:  High School Diploma or equivalent | Bachelor’s preferred

COBRA Specialist
The COBRA Specialist is responsible for managing the payments, required notices, enrollment and termination of COBRA benefits for Paycom’s clients. COBRA is federal law that provides continued insurance coverage to workers for limited periods due to qualifying events such as voluntary or involuntary job loss.

COBRA Specialist Requirements:  High School Diploma or equivalent | Bachelor’s preferred

Garnishment Specialist
The Garnishment Specialist is responsible for reviewing legal documents, updating Paycom’s clients and internal departments of any garnished wages, and properly notating any changes through Paycom’s system. A garnishment is the process of deducting money from an employee’s wage, in order to satisfy a debt.

Garnishment Specialist Requirements:  High School Diploma or equivalent | Bachelor’s preferred
