• "Cold Calls" to passive candidates in the Self Opportunity database as well as the databases on Monster, CareerBuilder, and Hot Jobs.
• Each company will receive a posting on Self Opportunities website
• Follow up calls to all qualified resumes received.
• Receive access to the online resume database the evening prior to the job fair through our "Real Time Resume Access".

At the Career Fair Self Opportunity provides:

• For 2 day events, you receive a private suite to conduct your one on one interviews. (This room is required for the event and can be used for lodging for those recruiters who travel in from out of town.)
• For 1 day events, you receive a 8' by 10' booth area with a 6' skirted table
• For 1 day events, you receive two boxed lunches.
• Each company will be included in the career fair handout.
