Internet Posting

• Internet posting utilizing text, color, and images identifying client information, needs, and requirements.

Pre-Screening Interviews

• All resumes received are pre-screened based on your criteria.
• All qualified applicants are worked over a 2 week period.
• After completion of interview, the profile sheet is emailed to your attention, along with our comments on each candidate.

Additional resumes from all three job boards

• Over this two week period we will also look on all 3 job boards databases in your market of need, informing the passive candidate about your opportunities.
• After finding interested individuals we will pre-screen with the profile questionnaire and provide you their completed questionnaire.

Dedicated Fax/Email address

• Each campaign receives its own Fax Number/Email address to maintain organization.

Real Time Resume Access

As we download resumes from the advertising, you will be able to see "Real Time" the candidate flow for your campaign. This is a web based applicant tracking tool allowing you to view the progress and completed interviews. You will receive a private password to log into "Real Time Resume". You will be able to review our notes on each candidate. You will be able to help us determine if we are calling the right individual that best fits your profile for your Candidate Search. You will be able to provide notes to us, with the "sticky notes" that you can attach to the resume online.
