We are currently hiring Assistant General Managers for our Taco Bell/Long John Silvers concept locations in Sulphur Springs, TX.

Assistant General Managers

We are looking for positive, motivated individuals with a passion to lead and impact people. The Assistant Manager has the responsibility of assisting the Restaurant General Manager with directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned.

A minimum of 2 years previous restaurant management experience is preferred. A strong work ethic, a desire to succeed and build successful teams iswhat we are looking for in this candidate.
