We feature an Incredible ‘all you can eat’ buffet with over 16 types of pizza, over 100 salad and pasta selections, and top it off with ice cream, apple and cherry pie, and chocolate-chip, oatmeal, and peanut butter cookies.

We are interviewing for an Event Sales Manager for our restaurant in Urbandale, IA.

Job Description and Hiring Guidelines: In Event Sales, your goal is to promote and further the America's Incredible Pizza Company brand and sell group events in your local market.
This position will require excellent interpersonal skills, sales skills, organizational skills, high energy, creativity and attention to detail. Our employees are enthusiastic, energetic people who have an understanding of customer service. This is not a behind-the-scenes position!
The Event Sales Manager will be the face of Incredible Pizza in the local community. Each new sales opportunity should be approached with this in mind.
Qualifications:
- A proven sales background; the Events Sales Manager should have strong, demonstrated sales experience, event sales experience a strong plus
- An outgoing friendly personality, computer skills, and good customer service skills are a must; knowledge of the family entertainment industry is preferred
- Creative, compelling, and engaging presentation skills in person and on the telephone; demonstrated exceptional oral and written communication skills; you must be able to write and speak effectively and persuasively
- Understand and embrace the mission of the company and its values
- Be organized, articulate, creative, energetic and comfortable multitasking.
- Demonstrate job stability, including a minimum of one year of experience with a single employer
- This is a full-time position; Office is located inside the store; however, the majority of the sales work will take place in the field; Must have reliable transportation
- Large network of local contacts a huge plus
- Must live in and be very knowledgeable of the local market
