Maintenance Technician

Crothall Services Group, premier support services organization and member of Compass Groups seeks a dedicated individual for a Maintenance Technician at our Lakeland, FL facility.

Will perform a variety of maintenance, inspection and repairs to buildings, facilities equipment and systems.

Requirements:

• 3 years related experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Basic HVAC knowledge
• Previous experience reading blueprints and schematics
• Understanding of hand and power tools, maintenance and test equipment
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings if needed on short notice.
• Interpersonal/customer service skills
• Good time management skills to meet deadlines on a daily basis.
• HVAC certification a plus!

Physical requirements: Sits, stands, bends, kneels, climbs stairs, ladders, and equipment, has good sense of balance to work in heights. Some lifting of medium and/or heavy equipment and tools. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on occasion.
