P & L Accountability including Sales & Profit Goals

Monitors Inventory Levels & Restaurant Maintenance & Repair

Food Safety

Customer Service & Guest Satisfaction

Employee Relations
-
Compliance with All Sonic Policies, Practices & Guidelines
Multi-unit restaurant experience is a must. Advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred.

- Ability to interview, hire and train other employees.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
