Jason’s Deli offers one of the quickest advancement programs in the restaurant industry. On average, the time to promotion to a GM position is 2-4 years from hire. Advancement to a First Assistant management position usually occurs within 14-18 months.

 Jason’s Deli management structure is set up as follows:
2nd Assistant Store Manager

The second Assistant Manager is given direct responsibility for a specific area of the deli along with everyday responsibilities of running shifts.
1st Assistant Manager

 The first Assistant Manager is involved in staffing, training, employee development, administration and managing food and labor costs.
General Manager

The General Manager oversees the operation of a single unit. They are responsible for the training and development of the Assistant Store Managers as well as developing a strong, satisfied customer base.
