What we require:

• 2+ years Restaurant Management experience in quick casual or full service restaurants

• Management experience in a scratch kitchen is a plus

• Ability to uphold high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and guest service

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Passionate and driven

• Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment

• Self starter, results oriented, hands on management style with strong organizational skills

About the job:

• Responsible for daily operations in front and back of the house of a high volume quick casual restaurant with 99% scratch kitchen

• Ensure product freshness and quality

• Build sales and control costs

• Hire, manage, train, and develop Team Members.
