Director, Communications

This position will manage the effective execution of the overall corporate communications strategy. This position will coordinate and oversee all PR events, prepare all internal communication pieces, direct all company philanthropy and community relations programs, and manage and guide Corporate PR efforts with PR agency.
Qualifications:
· A minimum of 7 years Corporate communications experience, including managing public relations programs, positioning campaigns and/or media relations, and media editing is required
· Crisis Communications experience required
· Demonstrated ability to establish broad-based relationships with leaders, managers, staff, and other colleagues to achieve internal communications goals is required
· Strategic communications planning and execution experience is required
· Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are required
· Superior leadership, management, and organizational skills are required
· Planning and analytical skills are required
