Director, Operations

This position is responsible for all phases of planning, budgeting, analysis and reporting for entire dining program.
Responsibilities:
· Formulate budgets and plans for the operation
· Maintain and implement standards of quality in all areas of the foodservice operation
· Ensure compliance with all regional and account programs and policies
· Accountable for accurate reporting for the account
Qualifications:
· BS degree preferred
· At least 5 years of foodservice management experience required
· Higher Education (college) foodservice management experience required
· Contract foodservice management experience required
· Knowledge of P&L accountability
· Experience managing $10M+ operation
· Strong leadership and communication skills
