Prestigious Fort Lauderdale full service law firm, which strictly represents mortgage lenders and servicers throughout Florida is in search for a Helpdesk Technician for our Fort Lauderdale Corporate Office. The services our firm provides range from foreclosure, bankruptcy representation and evictions to REO closings and title insurance. Our office provides the highest quality representation available and continually strives to ensure our interests are aligned with those of our clients.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Provide support to staff on all company supported applications. Troubleshoot computer problems and determine source and advice on appropriate action. Perform hardware installations.

  

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

 

  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science
  • A+ Certification required
  • Ability to learn and support new applications. Work well with in a team environment
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • 3-5 years of application experience
  • Worked in the legal, mortgage, or banking industry desired.
