I am a huge fan of Self Opportunity, whether they be career fairs or open houses because it is quite evident that everyone in your company works darn hard to make sure the client/customer is happy w/ the product you provide. Open Houses are a wonderful venue for seeing the greatest number of candidates in a short period of time. I am grate of the time and attention you give to driving QUALITY traffic flow of candidates to each Open House. I recently held one in Wilmington , NC and you warned me that I would see around 11 or 12 candidates. 36 showed up and we have 7 qualified candidates going through a 3rd round of interviews. Unbelievable results for one days work...granted it was a long day.

As a side note, I think it's time to put your creative thinking cap on about a new a Self Opportunity promotion. Open Houses have become quite popular and given time, my fear is they may lose their effectiveness. Thanks for all you do for me and my Team here at RARE Hospitality
